I need to move from a high-level design to a working minimum viable product—fast. The solution must run on Microsoft Azure and use its AI services to improve patient care, specifically by boosting patient engagement and communication. Think secure, HIPAA-aware chat or coaching experiences that slot neatly into an existing care-management workflow.
Here’s the flow I have in mind: we sketch the architecture together, lock the high-level design (data flow, security model, Azure resources), and then you build and deploy an MVP in my Azure subscription. I’m open to the particular mix of services—Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Bot Framework, or other Azure AI components—as long as the end result keeps the conversation fluid and personalized for patients.
Key deliverables
• High-level design document with architecture diagram, data-privacy notes, and cost estimates
• Azure deployment template (Bicep/ARM or Terraform) provisioning all required resources
• AI model integration for patient messaging (initial fine-tuning or prompt engineering included)
• Secure API endpoints plus a lightweight web or mobile front end that demonstrates the flow
• Deployment guide and short handoff session so I can operate the stack after go-live
Acceptance criteria
• Deployed MVP accessible in my Azure tenant with no hard-coded secrets
• Patient sends a test message and receives a context-aware response in <2 seconds
• Logs and metrics visible in Azure Monitor
• All items in the HLD implemented or called out as future work
