I want to turn our under-used Facebook page into a reliable driver of brand awareness, engagement and qualified leads. Social media marketing is the clear priority, and we will start—and initially stay—on Facebook, focusing on regular posts and updates that carry our brand voice.
What you'll do:
• Weekly content calendar delivered five days before publication
• Post copy and graphics optimised for reach, engagement and lead capture
• Ongoing community management with prompt responses to comments and messages
• Monthly performance reports covering reach, engagement rate, CTR and lead volume, plus clear recommendations

You will take charge of the full process: research the audience, create a three-month strategy, craft scroll-stopping copy and visuals, schedule posts through Meta Business Suite, and manage daily community interactions. Once traction is proven, we can look at expanding the same approach to Instagram or LinkedIn, but Facebook comes first.
