The immediate goal is to produce a fixed-price architecture document plus a working prototype. After that, I expect hourly research spikes and a milestone-based build-out. I’ll supply two or three reference links with short case studies once we execute the NDA; they outline comparable systems I have shipped in adjacent domains.
