I need a robust car-tracking application built from the ground up that lets me visualise each vehicle on a live map, create geofenced zones, receive instant alerts and review historical trips and driving behaviour. The goal is a reliable, scalable solution I can use for everything from a single car to an entire fleet.
Cross-platform reach is important, so I’m leaning toward native iOS and Android releases and a web dashboard, but I’m open to a shared-code approach (Flutter, React Native, Ionic) if it meets performance expectations. Whichever stack you recommend, the app must talk seamlessly with the most common GPS tracker devices (GT06, TK103 or similar) through standard TCP/UDP protocols and expose a secure REST or GraphQL API for future integrations.
Data should flow to a cloud database in near real time—location, speed, ignition state, and any sensor data the hardware supports. From there the system needs to generate mileage and idling reports, speed-violation summaries, and exportable CSV/Excel files. Push, SMS or email notifications should trigger whenever a vehicle leaves a designated zone, exceeds a speed threshold, or experiences a disconnection.
Role-based access, the ability to group vehicles, and an admin panel for device and user management round out the core requirements. Please include UI/UX design, backend deployment, testing, and post-launch support in your plan.
