I need a reliable partner on the ground in Abano Terme, Italy to carry out a full employment-history verification for one candidate I am about to hire. Your task is to contact each past employer, speak with a manager or HR representative, and gather written or recorded confirmation of the individual’s dates of employment, position held, overall performance, and the referee’s willingness to re-hire. A basic “yes/no” confirmation is not enough; I require a proper reference conversation so that I can assess soft skills and work ethic.
While the focus is employment history, if you can also handle criminal or education checks please mention that capability—future projects may call for it.
Deliverables (to be submitted in English or Italian with an English summary):
A concise report for each employer contacted, detailing: company name, contact person, their role, phone/email, confirmation of dates and title, qualitative feedback, and any discrepancies.
