EventsAir Onsite Support for Sydney Event
Summary
Freelancer Client is hiring: EventsAir Onsite Support for Sydney Event.
Location: Remote
I need an EventsAir expert who can step straight into a busy three-day conference in Sydney this June and keep everything running smoothly. Your main focus will be guest registration and check-in, plus the inevitable technical troubleshooting that pops up around badge printing, scanner syncing and real-time reporting. I have already built the event in EventsAir; what I’m missing is a confident on-site operator who knows the platform inside out and can make quick decisions without supervision.
Benefits & perks:
• Before the show: up to a dozen hours (spread over late May / early June) for a remote run-through of the build, testing of hardware and onsite-specific workflows, and a short hand-over call with our internal team.
Skills: Troubleshooting, Technical Support, Customer Service, Data Management, Event Management
Budget: $15–$25 USD

I need an EventsAir expert who can step straight into a busy three-day conference in Sydney this June and keep everything running smoothly. Your main focus will be guest registration and check-in, plus the inevitable technical troubleshooting that pops up around badge printing, scanner syncing and real-time reporting. I have already built the event in EventsAir; what I’m missing is a confident on-site operator who knows the platform inside out and can make quick decisions without supervision.
Here’s how I see the engagement working:
• Before the show: up to a dozen hours (spread over late May / early June) for a remote run-through of the build, testing of hardware and onsite-specific workflows, and a short hand-over call with our internal team.
• During the show: you’ll be at the venue for all live days, managing the registration desk, monitoring the platform dashboard, fixing any sync issues, and guiding volunteer staff on the check-in app.
• After doors close each day: export attendance reports and flag any anomalies so we have clean data for the next morning.
Because the role is hands-on I’m looking for someone with roughly three to five years’ experience using EventsAir at conferences or exhibitions, comfortable working face-to-face with delegates and venue AV teams alike. If you have handled kiosk badge printing, session scanning and ad-hoc report generation before, you’re exactly who I’m after.
Deliverables I’ll sign off on:
1. Pre-event walk-through completed and any system gaps documented.
2. Flawless operation of registration and check-in for all three days.
3. Daily attendance and onsite troubleshooting summary delivered by close of show.
Travel within Sydney metro and meals onsite will be covered. Let me know your availability in June and a brief outline of similar events you’ve supported in the last couple of years.
