Location: Remote

I’m a Software Architect with 15+ years of experience delivering high-quality solutions for international clients. I run a small software consultancy (hashDAVA) and I need a driven sales professional to help me acquire new clients and projects - so I can focus entirely on delivery.

What you'll do:

• Prospect and reach out to potential clients (startups, SMEs, agencies) in need of software development, architecture, or tech consulting

• Qualify leads and set up intro calls/meetings with me

• Manage follow-ups and nurture the pipeline until a deal is closed

Requirements:

• Have experience selling IT, software, or tech services B2B

What you’ll do:
• Prospect and reach out to potential clients (startups, SMEs, agencies) in need of software development, architecture, or tech consulting
• Qualify leads and set up intro calls/meetings with me
• Manage follow-ups and nurture the pipeline until a deal is closed
• Target markets: Europe , USA, Canada and Australia

What I offer:
• 15% commission on every successfully closed deal
• Average project value: €5,000–€30,000 (so €750–€4,500 per deal)
• Full support: I’ll provide a portfolio, case studies, pitch deck, and pricing
• Long-term collaboration for the right person

You’re a great fit if you:
• Have experience selling IT, software, or tech services B2B
• Are comfortable with cold outreach via LinkedIn and email
• Are self-motivated and results-driven
• Can communicate professionally in English

Payment structure: Fixed-price milestones released upon each confirmed deal. This is a performance-based role — high effort = high reward.
