Location: Remote
I run a busy advisory practice and I’m looking to build a long–term, on-call relationship with a dynamic, business-minded Certified Public Accountant. Most of my client interactions revolve around tax questions, so I need someone I can reach out to year-round, schedule a quick consult when an issue crops up, and then receive an invoice for the exact time we spend together which should be aligned with the consultation complexity.
What you'll do:
• Strategic tax planning, cost segregation/optimization, real-estate tax (inventory, management), and other specialty areas
• Periodic bookkeeping audits and financial statement reviews so we’re confident numbers are clean before filing
Requirements:
• Ability to jump on short-notice calls throughout the year and diligent response within 48 hs.

• Strategic tax planning, cost segregation/optimization, real-estate tax (inventory, management), and other specialty areas
• Periodic bookkeeping audits and financial statement reviews so we’re confident numbers are clean before filing
Engagement model
Each engagement is scoped per client rather than by a set weekly commitment. For some matters—like a straightforward corporate return or a defined bookkeeping review—we’ll agree on a fixed fee up front. Otherwise, you can simply track time and bill me when the call wraps up. I manage the client relationship; you focus purely on the technical work.
What I value
• Ability to jump on short-notice calls throughout the year and diligent response within 48 hs.
• Clear workpapers and memos that I can share with clients or attach to their files
• Practical advice that blends compliance with strategic insight
• Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred, as many of my clients are bilingual, but not required.
