I need a lightweight Android (or cross-platform) app that lets my warehouse team record each truck’s loading details the moment a bundle is added. They will choose the material (e.g., bamboo sticks 8 ft, 6 ft, etc.), enter the number of bundles, and the app must instantly convert that into the equivalent pieces while still showing the bundle count—both formats side-by-side on screen and in all reports.
Requirements:
• Location: as soon as the truck moves out, staff will tap a “depart” button that grabs the current GPS coordinates, and the system must keep updating the position (FASTag or device GPS—whichever is available) so we always know where the lorry is.
• Live dashboards: an admin web panel should let me filter by date, lorry number, customer, or material and watch every quantity and location change as it happens.
• Access levels are straightforward—separate logins for staff, admin, and customers. Customers don’t need the full app; they should receive an auto-generated tracking link (mobile-friendly web view) that refreshes in real time so they can monitor their own consignment’s quantities and route.
• Staff mobile app with simple material/quantity entry and GPS capture
• Admin panel (web) with live data grid, search, export to Excel/CSV, and user management
• Customer web link generator with secure, read-only tracking view
• Automatic bundle-to-pieces calculator embedded in every summary and export
• Source code and brief setup guide
