We are seeking an experienced Bubble.io Developer to lead the development of the first module of our innovative real estate marketplace SaaS platform. This project involves creating advanced features and automations that are crucial to our business. Key responsibilities and features to be developed include: Full implementation of property listing and management capabilities. Development of an automated due diligence system, integrating with various external APIs. Creation of a scoring module and the generation of dynamic reports in PDF format. Configuration and management of recurring SaaS subscriptions. Implementation of payment splitting functionality using the Asaas platform. Integration with WhatsApp via Z-API, and workflow automations using Make.com. The platform will be developed entirely on Bubble.io. We already own the domain, and the accounts for Asaas, Z-API, Air PDF, and Make are ready for configuration. Essential requirements for this position include: Proven and solid experience developing complex projects on Bubble.io. Proficiency in integrating with third-party APIs. Knowledge of implementing recurring payment systems and workflow automations. We are looking for a professional with a track record of delivering high-quality work, and the potential for future collaborations and a long-term partnership.
