We are building a growing social media brand called “Strong at 64”, focused on real strength training for women aged 50+.
This is NOT influencer-style fitness content.
The brand is based around:
• authenticity
• visible effort
• real gym training
• simple, powerful messaging
• consistency
We are looking for a reliable execution-focused freelancer to assist with:
• short-form video editing
• subtitles/text overlays
• posting across platforms
• engagement support
• daily reporting
This role is ideal for someone who:
• understands TikTok/Reels/YouTube Shorts
• can follow direction precisely
• keeps editing clean and simple
• is reliable and consistent
• understands social media pacing and hooks
Core Responsibilities1. Short-Form Video Editing
Edit supplied gym/training footage into:
• Instagram Reels
• TikTok videos
• YouTube Shorts
Requirements:
• Vertical format (9:16)
• Strong opening seconds
• Clear subtitles/text overlays
• Keep videos visually engaging
• Maintain authenticity and realism
• No over-editing
• No flashy effects
• No influencer-style editing
Most videos are:
• 7–45 seconds
• focused on real effort and strength training
2. Posting & Scheduling
Post content daily to:
• Instagram
• TikTok
• YouTube Shorts
Requirements:
• Daily posting consistency
• Posting time: 07:30 UK time
• Add captions and hashtags as instructed
• Maintain organised posting schedule
3. Social Media Engagement
Daily engagement activity including:
• commenting on relevant videos/posts
• light engagement with audience
• replying to comments if instructed
Approx:
• 15–30 mins/day
4. Daily Reporting
Provide short daily performance report including:
• views
• likes
• comments
• engagement activity
• notable observations
Simple and concise format only.
Editing Style Required
We are specifically looking for:
• raw authenticity
• real effort
• gym intensity
• emotionally believable content
NOT:
• flashy transitions
• heavy effects
• dancing/trending content
• meme editing
• loud influencer energy
The content should feel:
• real
• powerful
• disciplined
• motivating through action
Skills Required
Must have:
• CapCut or similar editing experience
• understanding of TikTok/Reels/Shorts
• subtitle/text overlay ability
• good English comprehension
• reliable communication
• consistency and attention to detail
Preferred:
• experience editing fitness content
• understanding of hooks and retention
• experience managing social posting
Working Style

Trial Task
Applicants may be asked to:
• edit 1 supplied video
