Freelancer Client is hiring: AutoCAD Architectural Designer.
Location: Remote
I need an experienced AutoCAD architect to take a company project from the very first concept sketch all the way through permit-ready construction documents. The scope covers every phase—concept development, detailed design, and final drawings—so I can move straight into bidding and construction without passing the file to another team.
The brief is deliberately flexible on style. Whether the solution leans modern, classical, industrial, or blends several influences is up to you; what matters is a coherent, buildable design that meets functional requirements and showcases strong spatial thinking.
To keep expectations clear, here are the tangible deliverables I will be reviewing:
All work must be produced in AutoCAD, screen recorded using our app. Periodic check-ins via screen-share or uploaded progress files are essential so I can give timely feedback and prevent rework.
Before official start, each applicant Will go through a short assesment using AutoCAD. The assessment will verify your skills, and ensure your submissions are genuine.
