I’m at the very first stage of an IT initiative and need a professional who can help me turn a rough idea into a clear, actionable plan. The exact tasks, objectives, and end-goals are still open for discussion, so I’m looking for someone comfortable shaping requirements from the ground up.
At this point I’m flexible on direction—whether the work evolves into developing something entirely new, enhancing what already exists, or focusing on targeted fixes will depend on the discovery process we undertake together. Because of that, a mix of technical, creative, and analytical thinking will be valuable as we explore possibilities and define deliverables.
Your first milestone will be a concise project scope document that outlines:
the recommended approach and rationale
a list of key tasks with estimated timelines
