I need amendments to the Declaration of Covenants for our HOA. The specific aspects that require modification are truck parking and animal restrictions. This is approx. what we want to implement to replace the redlined current wording.

5.1 ANIMALS
No livestock or poultry may be kept anywhere within the Subdivision.
Pets, restricted to dogs, cats, birds, fish, may be kept only for non commercial purposes.
Dogs may not be housed, kenneled, or kept outdoors on a permanent basis.
Dogs may not run loose within the Subdivision.
When a dog is on the Owner’s Lot, it must be kept under direct control.
When a dog is off the Owner’s Lot, including on Common Areas, it must be kept under physical control by a leash or other physical restraint.
Owners are responsible for promptly picking up and properly disposing of pet waste.

5.3 VEHICLES AND RECREATIONAL EQUIPMENT
Personal passenger vehicles may be parked within the Subdivision, including vehicles used for work purposes, so long as they generally look like normal personal passenger vehicles.
The following vehicles may not be parked or kept in view on any driveway or street within the Subdivision, except while actively and temporarily servicing a Lot:
• Box trucks, step vans, delivery trucks, or other freight vehicles;
• Commercial motor vehicles regulated under Florida law;
• Ladder trucks, utility trucks, or vehicles equipped with exterior racks, ladders, booms, cranes, lifts, or permanently mounted commercial equipment;
• Trucks with open, visibly loaded, or equipped beds containing tools, materials, supplies, or equipment;
• Vehicles equipped, configured, or maintained in a manner that causes them to function as active mobile job sites rather than ordinary personal transportation;
• Motor homes, recreational vehicles, campers, boats, trailers, buses, or similar equipment;
• Any vehicle without current registration.
Temporary Parking
Boats, recreational vehicles, campers, and trailers may be parked within the Subdivision for no more than twenty four (24) consecutive hours for loading, unloading, cleaning, preparation, or maintenance purposes.
Temporary parking is limited to six (6) occurrences per Lot per calendar year and may not be used as a substitute for storage or to avoid these restrictions.
Notice and Enforcement
If the Association determines that a violation of this Section has occurred, the Owner shall be provided written notice and given twenty four (24) hours to cure. Each additional twenty four (24) hour period the violation continues may be treated as a separate violation.
