I need a new Google Cloud Storage bucket created and fully configured for carrier data company upload.
• Create the bucket in my existing Google Cloud project (I will provide project ID and temporary console access).
• Apply best-practice settings for backups: regional location, versioning enabled, default server-side encryption, and a simple lifecycle rule that deletes objects after a period I can later adjust.
• Set IAM so that only my owner account and a dedicated service account have access. The service account will be used by scripts through the JSON key you generate, so please confirm the correct roles (Storage Admin or a tighter custom role) and test access with gsutil or the Python client library.
