Freelancer Client is hiring: LinkedIn Mid-Level HR Talent Sourcer.
Location: Remote
This is a one-time project with the potential to develop into a long-term working relationship. However, please propose your fee based only on the two responsibilities described below. We are not requesting an hourly rate.
We are a growing accounting firm and part of an international accounting network. We are seeking a skilled and proactive freelance Talent Sourcer to help us identify and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn. The ideal freelancer should have a strong background in recruiting or talent sourcing, understand how to use LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search effectively, and be able to quickly understand the requirements of different roles.
What you'll do:
• 1. Use LinkedIn to identify and shortlist qualified candidates based on specific job criteria.
• 2. Conduct initial outreach to assess candidates’ interest and availability and obtain CV.
Requirements:
• Experience recruiting for accounting or finance-related roles
• Proven experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (Written)
• Ability to understand job requirements and identify suitable candidate profiles
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines without close supervision
• Comfortable working across different time zones
