Location: Remote
I need a clean, modern-style 2D floor plan for a small residential plot. The layout should contain one or two bedrooms—whichever arrangement you feel makes best use of the footprint—along with a well-proportioned living room, an inviting dining room and a compact yet functional home office.
I will share the plot dimensions and any setback rules as soon as we start; I’m happy to discuss alternative room placements as long as the overall aesthetic stays contemporary, light and efficient.
Scaled 2D floor plan in PDF (print-ready)
Editable source file from your preferred CAD or architectural software
Bedrooms and each requested common area clearly labeled and dimensioned
