I need an end-to-end automation that starts the moment a user submits a digital form and ends with a live dashboard I can trust for real-time insights. Once a form is completed, the data should save simultaneously to Google Sheets (or Excel), upload any files to the correct Google Drive folder, and create the relevant Google Calendar entry. A notification must then fire—by email, WhatsApp or Microsoft Teams, depending on the situation—so the appropriate team member is instantly alerted.

Right after the submission lands, an OpenAI call should generate concise text summaries and, where useful, classify or tag the request so filtering and reporting become effortless. Those AI-generated fields need to appear in the spreadsheet and feed straight into a dashboard that updates itself without manual refreshes.
I am open to n8n, Make.com or Zapier; choose whichever you feel will give me the cleanest, most maintainable build. Whichever platform you select, please design the flows so I can adjust field mappings or add new notification channels later without rewriting the whole thing.
