I need a reliable automation specialist to design and deploy an end-to-end workflow that connects Google Forms submissions to my internal stack and adds an AI layer for instant insight.
Here’s what must happen every time a user completes our Google Form: the raw data is captured in Google Sheets (or Excel where appropriate), the uploaded files land in the correct Google Drive folder, an event is dropped straight into Google Calendar, and an alert reaches the right people by email, WhatsApp or Microsoft Teams. Immediately after, OpenAI (ChatGPT) should generate either a concise text summary or another smart tag set that we can refine later, and all of this activity needs to feed a live dashboard with searchable reports.
I’m flexible on the orchestration platform—n8n, Make.com or Zapier are all acceptable—so long as the final build is maintainable and well-documented. The entire flow has to be configured, tested and handed over quickly; my target is ASAP.
