If you have experience with the WhatsApp Business API, web-hooks, or any other reliable method to capture those events, that is perfect. I do not need a full-blown CRM; just a lightweight, accurate tracker that logs the three core statuses (sent, delivered, read) in real time and stores them in a simple report or dashboard I can export.
Deliverables
