Web Mental Health Chatbot
Summary
Freelancer Client is hiring: Web Mental Health Chatbot.
Location: Remote
I’m building a compassionate companion called Zeno that lives entirely on a website and responds through text-based chat. Its core mission is to offer emotional support and gentle guidance to users who may be feeling stressed, anxious, or simply in need of someone to “listen.”
1. Design and train the conversational flow so Zeno can recognise common mental-health concerns, respond empathically, and, when appropriate, suggest reputable self-help resources or coping techniques.
2. Implement the bot on a responsive web interface (desktop and mobile browsers) with a clean, calming UI.
3. Integrate a lightweight admin panel where I can review anonymised conversation logs, tweak intents, and add resource links without touching code.
4. Ensure data privacy by following standard encryption and secure-storage practices; nothing should be stored that can personally identify users.
Skills: PHP, Java, JavaScript, Android, Web Development, AI Chatbot Development, AI Content Creation, Conversational AI
Budget: $250–$750 USD

I’m building a compassionate companion called Zeno that lives entirely on a website and responds through text-based chat. Its core mission is to offer emotional support and gentle guidance to users who may be feeling stressed, anxious, or simply in need of someone to “listen.”
Here’s what I need from you:
5. Provide clear hand-off documentation covering architecture, model fine-tuning steps, and how to deploy updates.
Acceptable tools are flexible—Python, Node, or a no-code platform such as Dialogflow CX, Rasa, or similar—as long as the final solution sits smoothly on the website and handles text chat in real time.
I’ll consider the project complete when Zeno is live on my domain, delivers consistently supportive replies in test scenarios (we’ll agree on sample dialogues), and I can manage content through the admin panel without developer intervention.
