I’m overhauling the current browser based app so that every step feels purposeful and keeps users coming back. The priority is user engagement: the interface should invite exploration, reward action, and make it effortless to reach key features.
Right now the biggest friction point is how screens connect. The flow between them needs to feel seamless—no dead ends, no confusing back-tracks. I’ll share the existing build, user feedback, and analytics; you’ll map a cleaner journey, redesign the navigation architecture, and prototype a new experience that encourages deeper, longer sessions.
Deliverables
• Low-fidelity user-flow diagram showing the reworked screen hierarchy
• High-fidelity interactive prototype (Figma or Sketch) demonstrating the improved flow
• Style tweaks and micro-interaction guidelines that support engagement
• Asset hand-off pack ready for dev implementation
Acceptance criteria
• Prototype mirrors every current feature while reducing average steps per task
• Test group reports noticeably clearer progression between core screens
• All assets supplied in organised, version-controlled files
