Freelancer Client is hiring: One-Line Excel OFFSET / INdirect Formula.
Location: Remote
I’m stuck on a tiny piece of my worksheet and need a single-cell formula that:
Chained (or dependent) dropdowns are selection lists where the content of the second list dynamically changes based on the selection made in the first list.
For example, if “Car Brand” is selected in Dropdown A, Dropdown B will display only the models from that manufacturer.
The connection is created using Data Validation together with the INDIRECT or OFFSET function, but i forgot how to do ot (did it few years ago).
WHo can help me to write the correct formula in the Data Validation

check the sampe attached. Once the country is selected, i want only the cities of that countries to be displayed in the seconds drop down
