Compensation: £2,000–£3,000 GBP
Project Title: Bubble.io Marketplace - Completion & Launch (Existing App)
Requirements:
• Availability system rewrite (highest priority) — the existing logic is correct but consumes excessive Workload Units at scale. Must be redesigned for WU efficiency while preserving the existing data model.
• Organisation invoice payment flow — complete the Stripe invoicing path for care home customers (invoice creation, webhook handler, 28-day terms, admin view of outstanding invoices).
• Email notification workflows — Loops is connected and all templates are ready. Approximately 18 backend workflow triggers need to be wired in Bubble (bookings, payments, account events).
• Privacy rules and security fixes — configure Bubble data privacy rules across all core data types (currently none configured). Critical GDPR requirement. And email verification
• Cleanup and testing — remove deprecated pages and legacy Stripe connector, end-to-end test card and invoice payment flows in Stripe test mode, resolve minor data model inconsistencies.
• Bubble.io backend workflows and scheduled API workflows (not template builds)
• Stripe Connect Express — you must have built a two-sided marketplace payment flow before
• Stripe webhook handling and signing secret validation in Bubble

Description:
We are seeking an experienced Bubble.io developer to complete an existing, substantially-built two-sided marketplace platform. This is completion work on a real application, not a new build. The core architecture, database, booking system, and Stripe payment integration are already in place. We need a specialist to close the remaining gaps and get the platform to a live, bookable state.
The platform connects independent care activity providers (exercise/wellbeing sessions) with care homes and private families booking sessions for elderly individuals. It is a UK based business with a live domain and registered company.
What is already built:
Full Bubble database (40 data types), booking flow, cart and session logic
Stripe Connect Express integration (20 active API calls - card and invoice paths)
Provider compliance onboarding (DBS, insurance, qualifications)
Admin operations panel, in-app messaging, notification system
What we need built or completed:
