I need a floor plan and a 3d elevation for a 550 sq ft accessory dwelling unit that will operate as a rental. The overall look must lean Traditional—pitched roof lines, balanced window placement and simple trim details rather than modern minimalism.
Space planning is key. The footprint has to fit one comfortable bedroom, a full kitchen, living room, bathroom, a small dining area and a welcoming front porch within the 550 sq ft limit. Circulation should feel open, yet every inch must earn its keep so the unit remains attractive to long-term tenants.
