I’m hosting an outdoor reception for 300 guests and need one highly-organised person to run the central drinks station. You’ll keep six options flowing—Pimms, Rosé, chilled white wine, Orchard Cooler (apple juice with ginger and cinnamon), still water and sparkling water—while supervising the circulating drinks waiters so they never run dry.
Setting up the table-top station, organising glassware and garnish trays.
Monitoring stock, refilling jugs and bottles before levels dip.
Coordinating up to four roaming waiters, guiding them on pacing and presentation.
Troubleshooting on the fly so service stays seamless from first pour to last couple leaving.
