• Mechanical Design: Create 3D enclosure CAD models strictly for plastic injection molding (DFM) with weatherproofing channels.
• Electronics Design: Develop a custom PCB layout using globally available, off-the-shelf components.
• Deliverables: Final 3D CAD models (.STEP or .IGES), PCB Gerber files, and a complete Bill of Materials (BOM) in Excel with standard manufacturer part numbers.
