I’m an independent lawyer serving my local community and I need a strong Google My Business presence built completely from scratch. The goal is simple: when someone nearby searches for legal help, I want my office to stand out, look trustworthy, and convert that search into a phone call or booking.
What you'll do:
• Create and verify a brand-new Google My Business profile under my firm’s name, set to the correct practice-area categories.
• Develop a step-by-step plan for gathering initial client reviews and showcasing them effectively on the listing.

• Craft concise, client-friendly service descriptions that highlight the key areas I handle.
• Add accurate office location details, map pin, contact information, and clear opening hours.
• Optimise every field—photos, logo, attributes, FAQs, and keyword-rich text—for local search visibility.
• Develop a step-by-step plan for gathering initial client reviews and showcasing them effectively on the listing.
• Hand over easy instructions so I can keep the page updated once it’s live.
Acceptance criteria
1. Listing shows as “Verified” by Google.
2. All core sections display correctly on both desktop and mobile.
3. At least three service descriptions are live and keyword-optimised.
4. A simple review-request workflow is delivered in writing.
