I’m developing a contemporary co-living scheme that weaves private retreats and vibrant shared zones into one seamless urban habitat. The primary goal is to craft a spatial narrative where community interaction is celebrated without sacrificing individual comfort, so every square metre must invite connection while still offering a quiet escape.
Here’s what I need from you over the next 1-2 weeks:
• A clear spatial strategy that blends living, working, and social functions in one cohesive framework.
• Layered plans illustrating transitional areas—think thresholds, breakout nooks, interactive corridors—that naturally encourage residents to meet, collaborate, and unwind.
• Climate-responsive gestures and adaptable layouts showing how the same footprint can flex for different lifestyles or group sizes.
• Visual deliverables: annotated floor plans, key sectional sketches or simple 3D massing views that capture flow, privacy gradients, and community hubs.
You’re free to use your preferred tools—Autocad, SketchUp,abobe illustrator or hand-sketches polished in Photoshop—as long as the final package communicates the concept clearly and can evolve into detailed design later.
Acceptance criteria
1. Plans and visuals must demonstrate a convincing privacy-to-community gradient.
2. Shared zones should visually read as the social heart of the project.
3. Climate-responsive moves (natural light, cross-ventilation, shading) need to be explicit.
4. All materials delivered in an editable format.
If you thrive on creating people-centric spaces and can translate ideas into crisp, compelling graphics within a tight turnaround, I’d love to work with you.
