What you'll do:
• Monitor service health daily — check completion rates, spot stuck or failing services, and take action
• Find and test replacement services on provider panels when current ones break or underperform
• Import new services into our connected panel, update the service registry on ---------- .
• Open refill and support tickets with providers when services underdeliver
• Communicate with providers via their ticket systems and Telegram groups
• Compare rates, refill policies, speed, and max quantities across providers to find the best options
• Proactively look for better or cheaper services — not just fix what breaks
• Customer Support ( 10% of your time):

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Service Operations :
- Monitor service health daily — check completion rates, spot stuck or failing services, and take action
- Find and test replacement services on provider panels when current ones break or underperform
- Import new services into our connected panel, update the service registry on ---------- .
- Open refill and support tickets with providers when services underdeliver
- Communicate with providers via their ticket systems and Telegram groups
- Compare rates, refill policies, speed, and max quantities across providers to find the best options
- Proactively look for better or cheaper services — not just fix what breaks
Customer Support ( 10% of your time):
- Handle customer tickets from WhatsApp, Telegram, and website live chat, All channels feed into one dashboard on. you reply from there and messages go back to the customer on their channel
- Most tickets are simple: check the live order status, reprocess if stuck, or send a canned response
- Messages are auto-translated between English and Arabic — you work in English
- Typical issues: order not started, slow delivery, results dropped, general questions
- One-click reprocess, one-click refund, one-click close with auto-notification
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Someone who has worked with SMM panels before — you know what services, providers, rates per 1K, refill, min/max, and order statuses mean
- You can navigate provider panels, find services, compare options, and make decisions without being told exactly what to do
- You understand that services break, providers change things, and platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) affect delivery — and you know how to respond
- Reliable, checks in multiple times throughout the day, and communicates clearly in English
- Laptop/PC with stable internet and Chrome
A TYPICAL DAY
There is no fixed shift. You check in multiple times throughout the day at times that work for you.
First check-in — Look at service health. Any services stuck or failing? If yes, start working on replacements.
Throughout the day — Monitor incoming tickets. Most take under a minute to handle. Check back every few hours.
When a service breaks — Find a replacement on provider panels, test it, import it, swap it in. This is the real work.
Follow-ups — Check on pending provider refill requests. Browse for better-rate services when things are quiet.
On quiet days (services running well), the work is light — just monitoring and handling a few tickets. On busy days (a provider breaks something), you will spend more time finding and switching services. The better you are at operations, the more quiet days you get.
