Freelancer Client is hiring: Home Care RN Monthly Support.
Location: Remote
Each month I require the services of a Registered Nurse to deliver in-home care for adult patients (18–65) who are managing mental health issues. Typical visits will involve administering prescribed medications, monitoring vital signs, documenting progress in the home-care EMR, liaising with psychiatrists or primary physicians when thresholds are exceeded, and providing compassionate education to both patients and their families on coping strategies and safety planning.
Scheduling is arranged a month in advance so we can lock in visit dates and times that suit both you and the client household. After every visit, I expect a concise electronic report outlining observations, interventions performed, any changes in mental status, and recommendations for follow-up.
To succeed you must hold an active RN license valid for home-care practice, current CPR/BLS certification, and professional liability coverage. Experience with community mental health, medication management, and crisis de-escalation will be highly valued.
