• Specifically experienced with lead generation company / CRM vendor liability cases
• Familiar with third-party and vicarious liability TCPA defense
• Available for a 60-minute video or phone consultation this week
• 60-minute paid consultation call with written summary of recommendations afterward (optional but preferred)

• Note: I am also in discussions with several established TCPA defense firms. This consultation is to gather additional expert perspectives before making a final decision on legal representation. Project Description:
I am seeking an experienced TCPA defense attorney for a paid consultation regarding an active federal lawsuit in which my company has been named as a third-party defendant.
The Case:
Case No. 0:26-cv-01646-LMP-EMB — U.S. District Court, District of Minnesota. Original plaintiff Aaron Brown sued Northwest Partners LLLP (Keller Williams brokerage) for unsolicited texts to his DNC-registered number. Northwest Partners filed a third-party complaint against my companies — Lazy Cow Media, LLC and We Hunt Clients, LLC — claiming we are responsible as their lead generation and CRM vendor.
Our Response Deadline: June 4, 2026
Ideal Candidate:
Licensed attorney with active TCPA defense experience
Specifically experienced with lead generation company / CRM vendor liability cases
Familiar with third-party and vicarious liability TCPA defense
Available for a 60-minute video or phone consultation this week
Deliverable:
