I already have a Zoho Creator portal with basic customer functions like create account and login. Now I want customers to create and manage their own projects in the portal. When someone logs in, they should be able to click “New Project,” fill out a streamlined form and, once they submit, see the record instantly in a dashboard while the relevant people receive notifications. From there I will expand the solution, so a clean, well-structured foundation is critical.
