Location: Remote
I am seeking a Virginia-licensed Professional Engineer (PE) to recreate and stamp foundation plans for a modular/mobile home installation located in Culpeper County, Virginia.
What you'll do:
• Recreate/redraw the foundation plans in professional engineering format
• Review/adapt the design as needed for Virginia code and local requirements
• Deliver final PDF set and editable CAD files (if available)
Requirements:
• Active Virginia Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Ability to stamp/seal residential foundation plans in Virginia
• Experience with manufactured/modular/mobile home foundation systems preferred
Nice to have:
• PE license information
• Relevant experience
• Estimated turnaround time
• Total cost proposal
• Examples of similar work (if available)

I already have existing manufacturer foundation drawings and details (attached for reference), including:
• Foundation plan layout
• Pier and footing details
• Structural load limitations
• Tie-down/anchor details
• Foundation notes and sections
Scope of Work:
• Recreate/redraw the foundation plans in professional engineering format
• Review/adapt the design as needed for Virginia code and local requirements
• Provide signed and sealed Virginia PE foundation drawings suitable for County permit submission
• Coordinate minor revisions if requested by the County
• Deliver final PDF set and editable CAD files (if available)
Project Details:
• Modular/mobile home installation
• Culpeper County, Virginia
• Existing soil report available
• Existing manufacturer plans available for reference
• Need expedited turnaround if possible
Requirements:
