I run an online ticketing service that operates entirely through our proprietary mobile app, and I’m expanding the remote team that keeps it all running smoothly. Your core responsibilities will be three-fold: first, processing live ticket bookings in the app; second, responding promptly to customer queries that range from technical glitches and payment or billing questions to simple “what time does the show start?” requests; and third, initiating and tracking any refunds or cancellations that come through.
Because every customer interaction happens inside the mobile interface, you’ll work from your own smartphone or laptop as long as you have a stable internet connection. I provide short onboarding modules so basic computer literacy and clear English communication are all you need to get started. The schedule is fully flexible—log in daily at the times that suit you—and earnings scale with the number of successful bookings and resolved tickets you handle, reaching up to ₹1000 per day for consistent, accurate performance.
Eligibility is open worldwide, although the majority of users are in India, and I do prefer applicants in the 18–22 age range so the shift patterns match our current coverage gaps. If you’re reliable, comfortable multitasking on a mobile app, and ready to deliver friendly, fast customer support, I’d love to bring you on board and get you trained this week.
