I need an experienced mobile developer to put together a lean, release-ready MVP of a ride-hailing app where riders and drivers can openly negotiate the fare before a trip begins. The first public build must run smoothly on both iOS and Android so I can start live market testing as soon as possible.
Requirements:
• Dual apps (or one shared codebase) for driver and passenger log-ins

• Rider → Driver ratings after each trip

A rider requests a trip, proposes a price, the driver can counter, and once both sides accept the “fair fare,” the ride is locked in. From there the experience should feel familiar to any on-demand service: real-time location sharing, start/finish tracking, and automatic ride history logging for both accounts.

2. TestFlight & Google Play internal testing builds
3. Post-launch bug-fix grace period (minimum two weeks)
