I’m launching a full-service real estate company that both manages property and flips homes, and I need an agile digital marketer who can take charge of our entire acquisition funnel. The immediate, top-priority piece is Local SEO, yet I also want a cohesive strategy that covers Social Media Ads, Google Search Ads/PPC, and segmented email campaigns. Our audience ranges from heirs suddenly holding a house, to local and overseas investors, institutional buyers, relocating owners, and even divorcing couples, so messaging must feel personal while staying professional.

Those three listings must be fully optimized, continuously monitored, and leveraged for reviews, map pack visibility, and lead capture. From there, I’d like you to layer in targeted ad sets and email drips that speak to each audience segment and move them toward either a management contract or a property sale.
