Here’s what the role looks like day-to-day: you will manage both our Facebook and TikTok accounts, posting fresh content every single day. Expect to mix up punchy event promos, quick behind-the-scenes clips, and authentic visitor testimonials—whichever angle keeps our UK-wide audience watching and booking. I’m happy for you to experiment with Facebook Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, Canva, CapCut or any other tools that help the feed feel lively and on-brand.
Deliverables I’ll use to gauge success:
• A rolling two-week content calendar, updated every Friday.
• Daily posts (minimum one per platform) that align with that calendar.
• Monthly insight report covering reach, engagement, follower growth and, most importantly, ticket conversions.
