I need a qualified forensic handwriting analyst to verify the authenticity of a holographic will for a probate case.
My friend died over the weekend and I ma going to petition the probate court to be appointed as Executor since I am her sole devisee.
I am looking for a report to verify the authenticity of the will. Normally, two family members would provide affidavits but she has no family.
In the alternative, I can petition to be appointed as special administrator for the limited purpose of accessing her personal belongings in order to provide more handwriting samples to verify the authenticity of the handwritten will.
