I’ve attached a couple of images to illustrate the style and result I’m looking for.
My final goal is an image similar to the team photo with the sign in front. I also have another image that could be used for the front row with the 11 players:

The middle row should consist of 10 players, and the back row should consist of 9 players. All players should be arranged naturally in terms of size and perspective so everything looks realistic.
Among the 30 people, there are also 2 coaches that should be placed somewhere in the middle, since the tallest players are already positioned in the back row.

Please use the heights and proportions from image 2 as reference, as it gives the best overview of the players in relation to each other. However, 2 people are missing from that image.
I also have a few separate images of players from the back rows that need to be blended in naturally so the overall composition becomes symmetrical, professional, and visually balanced.
For the background, I would like to use the seats from their own stadium. I have several stadium images available here:

The sign in front should cover part of the legs, since the front row positioning is not completely perfect. It should be fairly easy to hide naturally with a wide sign covering all legs.
I will decide on the final colors and logos for the sign later on.
At the bottom/front, I would like it to look similar to the reference image, with a small visible part of the football pitch — preferably as close to the reference as possible.
In the final version, some subtle rim light/effects could look great, but I would first like to see the finished result without effects.
The players and the sign should be centered in the composition. The reference image itself is AI-generated and is only meant to show the style and overall vision I’m aiming for.
I’m looking for someone experienced in photo manipulation who can visualize and execute this idea professionally.
A good price is also important, so please feel free to make an offer and tell me if you have done similar projects before that could be relevant for this job.
Both price and quality are very important to me.
I also have another team photo project afterward if the collaboration works well and the pricing is realistic.
