I have a fully-designed product catalogue / price list in Adobe InDesign that now needs a content refresh before it goes to print and digital distribution. The artwork is well-structured, and I’ll supply a packaged folder containing the .indd file, fonts, and any images currently embedded or linked. Product data—including file names for additional images—sits in an Excel sheet that you can reference (or merge, if you prefer).

I have a fully-designed product catalogue / price list in Adobe InDesign that now needs a content refresh before it goes to print and digital distribution. The artwork is well-structured, and I’ll supply a packaged folder containing the .indd file, fonts, and any images currently embedded or linked. Scope of work
• Remove discontinued products (identified in the excel spread sheet)
• Add the new product lines from Excel, placing images and copy in the existing layout style
• Update all descriptions, specifications, and pricing where the sheet indicates changes
• Update product specification tables to reflect information in the excel sheet.
Key points to note
• Some images may already embedded; many are linked to external files referenced in the spreadsheet. Please keep links clean and report any missing assets so I can provide them.
(some products do not require images)
• Consistency of paragraph/character styles, table formatting, and master page elements is essential.
• Page numbers and the table of contents must remain accurate after edits.
Deliverables
• Updated, fully packaged InDesign file (with relinked graphics and fonts)
• Press-ready, password-free PDF exported to current print specs
Once I receive both files, I’ll cross-check against the Excel list; if every change is reflected correctly and all links resolve without errors, the project will be considered complete.
Attached is our current catalogue design. If you have ideas to improve overall design - please put forward ideas for our approval. We do not want to deviate too much from the current design, but open to suggestions.
