Freelancer Client is hiring: Comprehensive Wound Pathogen Analysis.
Location: Remote
I have a set of tissue-biopsy samples taken from a chronic wound and I need a full laboratory work-up. The priorities are:
Helminth species identification, confirming presence or absence of any parasitic worms.
Confirmation of Staphylococcus coagulase-negative organisms, including species-level ID and any noted antibiotic-resistance patterns.
A sweep for additional bacterial or fungal pathogens so nothing relevant is missed.
Please use standard, validated microbiological and molecular techniques—culture, microscopy, PCR, MALDI-TOF or sequencing, whichever you deem most appropriate—and document each step you take. I would like the findings consolidated into a detailed written report that explains methods, results, and clinical relevance, and flags anything that may need urgent attention.
