Zoom Breakout Room Coordinator AU
Краткое
Freelancer Client is hiring: Zoom Breakout Room Coordinator AU.
Location: Remote
I run regular corporate-training sessions on Zoom with groups of 21-50 people. Every session calls for 6-10 breakout rooms that have to be opened, populated, renamed, and shuffled on the fly while I keep presenting. I’m looking for someone physically located in Australia so time-zone alignment and a stable local connection are never an issue.
What you'll do:
• During the live call, create and manage breakout rooms, move participants when requested, broadcast messages, and pull everyone back on schedule without disrupting flow.
Skills: Troubleshooting, Virtual Assistant, Technical Support, Customer Service, Time Management, Video Conferencing, Event Management, Zoom
Budget: $25–$50 USD

I’m looking for someone physically located in Australia so time-zone alignment and a stable local connection are never an issue.
Here’s what I need from you:
• Join the meeting 10 minutes early, coordinate with me on any pre-assignments, and check audio/video settings.
• During the live call, create and manage breakout rooms, move participants when requested, broadcast messages, and pull everyone back on schedule without disrupting flow.
• Troubleshoot basic Zoom issues for attendees in real time and keep me informed privately through chat.
• After the session, send a brief recap noting any technical hiccups or participant movement I should be aware of.
If you already know Zoom’s advanced host tools inside out and can stay calm when 40 people are asking to be moved at once, let’s talk.
