I want to expand our nursery’s reach across the UAE by speaking directly to the decision-makers who regularly purchase greenery for large-scale projects. To make this happen, I need a two-part service.
First, build a clean, up-to-date database. It must cover every landscaping company, hotel group and project developer you can uncover in the Emirates, along with any other serious B2B buyer you spot during research. For each record capture company name, contact person, role, direct email, phone (when public), website and city. While you’re gathering these leads, map out a brief competitor list for my own reference—just the firms that supply similar plant ranges so I can see who else is speaking to our prospects.
Second, craft a formal, professional email sequence that spotlights the key features of our plant lines and invites recipients to visit our facilities or schedule a call. I’ll provide imagery, catalog links and any technical specs you need; you shape them into clear, persuasive copy, set up the template (Mailchimp or similar), and prepare it for launch. Once I approve the wording, you can either hand back the HTML/templates or run the send-out from my account and track opens, clicks and replies.
Deliverables
• Excel or CSV file with the full prospect database and a separate tab summarising competitors
• Email subject line options, body copy and footer, ready to paste into any ESP
• Optional: campaign setup in my Mailchimp account with basic analytics reporting
Acceptance criteria
• Minimum 300 verified contacts spread across the three target sectors
• Bounce rate below 5 % on first send
• Tone aligns with a formal, professional B2B audience and highlights product features clearly
