I need detailed architectural plans for granny flats that are cookie cutter designs that will be provided as base files in DWG format that require overlay into survey is DWG format for rework and amendments (where applicable).
Requirements:
• Expertise in granny flat design for Australian standards
• Proficiency in creating + modifying existing plans
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations for Australian standards
• Strong visualisation and design skills
• Experience with similar granny flat projects
• Willingness to undertake a zoom where needed and follow instruction
• Attached are 3 files:-
• Existing plans for granny flat in DWG Format
