Maryland PE & Architect Stamps Service
Summary
Freelancer Client is hiring: Maryland PE & Architect Stamps Service.
Location: Remote
My full drawing set is already drafted and ready for final review; I now need a Maryland-licensed Professional Engineer and Architect to add their seals so I can submit the package for permit approval. The project portfolio covers both commercial and residential work—new construction, renovations, and additions—so the stamps must be accepted across those scopes.
What you'll do:
• 1. Perform a compliance check against Maryland COMAR, the 2018 IBC with local amendments, and any county-specific permitting notes I provide.
• 2. Note any required revisions directly on the drawings (Bluebeam markup or redlines are fine).
• 3. After my team addresses any comments, apply your digital signature and Maryland seal to each discipline sheet.
• 4. Return permit-ready PDFs; two wet-stamped hard-copy sets can follow by courier if the authority having jurisdiction requires them.
• Stamped drawings must be verifiable through the Maryland licensing board.
• The permitting office must accept the seals without exception or further clarification.
• Turnaround: initial review within five business days of file transfer, final sealed set within two days of receiving corrections.
• If you hold the relevant active Maryland PE and AIA licenses and can meet the timeline, let’s move forward—I’m ready to upload the files as soon as I have your confirmation.
Skills: CAD/CAM, Building Architecture, AutoCAD, Compliance, Drafting, Revit, Building Engineering, Architectural Engineering
Budget: $250–$750 USD
