Location: Remote
I’m ready to start building a modern-style home on my plot and I need a clear, build-ready floor plan. The layout should follow a 1.5 BHK concept—one full bedroom plus an additional smaller room that can double as a study or guest space—while keeping living, dining, and kitchen areas feeling open and contemporary.
I also want a landscaped garden and a dedicated car-parking bay worked naturally into the design, so circulation for vehicles and people feels smooth from the gate to the front door. Optimising natural light, ventilation, and functional storage is important to me; I’m happy to adjust internal wall positions as long as the overall footprint and structural logic remain practical for local builders.
Scaled 2D floor plan (PDF + editable DWG) showing all rooms, door & window schedules, and furniture placeholders for accurate space planning
Basic site layout indicating garden zones and car-parking area with turning radius checked
At least one revision round to fine-tune room proportions and access points
