Your role is to locate and secure an individual investor, steer negotiations, and carry the deal through to closing. I will compensate you solely with a success fee once the sale is completed—there are no upfront or retainer payments.

• A signed Letter of Intent followed by a definitive sale agreement
• Coordination of due diligence and handover until funds clear
