What I need now is an expert who can step back, look at the whole picture and then move quickly to tighten everything up.
First, I’d like you to audit our current IT architecture, document how data and tasks flow between teams, and highlight friction points—workflow automation is the clear pain-point. From there, you will design and implement smarter processes: think App Script, AppsSheet, Gemini-powered prompts, or other Google Workspace automations that eliminate manual steps and surface the right data at the right time.
Clear, concise English is essential because the final output—the new workflows, templates, and any user guides—must be easy for my consultants to follow. We are on an ASAP timeline, so you should be comfortable scoping, iterating, and deploying improvements rapidly.
Deliverables (acceptance criteria)
• Written architecture review with annotated workflow map

• A short onboarding guide or loom-style walkthrough for our team
