Once the data bridge is stable, I want a promotional-email automation that rolls out to contacts on a weekly schedule without any manual exporting or list juggling.
What you'll do:
• Segment contacts inside Campaigns based on CRM fields (e.g., lead source, recent purchase) so the right promo reaches the right audience.

The goal is to connect Zoho CRM so that every piece of customer information—name, email, tags, custom fields—syncs flawlessly with Zoho Campaigns in real time. Once the data bridge is stable, I want a promotional-email automation that rolls out to contacts on a weekly schedule without any manual exporting or list juggling.
I already have both Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns live; what’s missing is the seamless data flow and a polished automation journey. The workflow should:
• Sync new and updated customer records instantly between the two apps, including opt-out status.
• Segment contacts inside Campaigns based on CRM fields (e.g., lead source, recent purchase) so the right promo reaches the right audience.
• Trigger a weekly promotional email series, track opens / clicks, and push those metrics back to the CRM for reporting.
• Keep the setup clean and reusable, ideally through native integration or Zoho Flow, with clear documentation so I can adjust templates later.
Acceptance: a live test proving new CRM contacts receive the correct promo email on the next weekly send, while unsubscribes and engagement stats reflect back in CRM.
